Depending on their nature, these resources may be subject to technical consultations, trials or pilot versions prior to their adoption. Each document is identified by a status, a version and a reference date, enabling users to distinguish between resources that are currently in force and those that are under review, have been superseded or have been archived.
Feedback, evaluations, changes in practice and the needs of institutions inform their updating. This governance framework ensures that resources remain reliable, traceable and suited to real-world conditions of use.
The updating of resources is thus part of a continuous cycle of validation, use, learning and revision.
